The JDM hosts a series of talks that focus on trends in the art
world. First presented in 2004, the past programs have included
a presentation by syndicated political cartoonist Bill DeOre,
Steve Nash, Director of the Nasher Sculpture Center; Donna and
David Wildman, Wildman Art Framing, "Memorable Photography" with
Gail Nogle, "Art and Architecture" with Jesuit Alum Javier
Espinoza. In addition to these lectures, a hands-on "Night of
Art" has also been offered.

Our Spring series kicked off with a Pastel Workshop presented by
Kathy Hoskins. Everyone enjoyed finding their creative side and
making their very own pastel.
The April event has been cancelled. Be sure to check back next
fall for the 2009-2010 schedule.
