Junior Receiver on All-State Team

Jake Oliver ’13 has been named first-team wide receiver for the 61st Annual Texas Sports Writers Association's Class 5A All-State Football Team.

Jesuit Alumnus In Running for Prestigious Hockey Award

Former Jesuit student and hockey player Austin Smith is now a senior at Colgate and currently leads the NCAA in scoring. With Austin's success this season he has made the short list for the Hobey Baker award which is hockey's equivalent of the Heisman Trophy. At the conclusion of the season Austin will sign his pro contract and make his professional debut with the Dallas Stars. To vote for Austin, visit the Hobey Baker web page.

Scrum for a Cure

The Rugby "Scrum for a Cure" game has been rescheduled in anticipation of bad weather. The game will now be played on Wednesday, February 8 at 7:00 p.m. For more details, visit the Rugby page.

Crew Indoor Regatta

The Jesuit crew team will host over 300 high school, college and master rowers at its annual fundraiser, SWEAT (South West Ergometer Amateur Tournament) February 4, 2012 in the Terry Center. Go to regattacentral.com for registration or more information. Spectator admission is $1 for under eighteen and $3 for adults.
