Frequently Asked Questions

What is the Alumni Annual Fund?

The Fund provides qualified, need-based students with financial assistance in order to attend Jesuit.

What is Phonathon?

The Phonathon is an annual event in November where alumni gather to celebrate the end of the drive and call classmates who haven’t been reached.

Why should I give?

Your 100% tax-deductible gift supports Men for Others at Jesuit Dallas now and in the future.

I can only afford to give a small amount. Will that really make a difference?

Yes, gifts add up and impact current and future Jesuit students through financial assistance.  Participation is also important as it impacts Jesuit's ability to secure grants from outside foundations.

Is my gift to the Alumni Annual Fund tax-deductible?

Yes, 100% of your gift is tax deductible.

What is the Alumni Goal for 2012-13?

20% of alumni contribute $615,000 to make a Jesuit education possible for nearly 280 students who rely on financial assistance.

How do I make my gift?

You can give online anytime or send in a check to Jesuit Dallas at 12345 Inwood Road Dallas, TX 75225, ATTN: Alumni Annual Fund.

Does Jesuit qualify for a matching gift program?

Yes, Jesuit is a private, secondary school and many corporations do have matching fund programs for such institutions. The Alumni Annual Fund has benefited from matching gift amounts in previous drives. This could more than double your total gift to Jesuit and you receive the benefits of a higher giving level. Click here to see if your company has a matching gift program.

I have never volunteered for phonathon but have always been interested, who do I contact?
