Ben Bireley '01 finished clerkship with the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas in August 2011 and now works at Gibbs and Bruns LLP in Houston.

Anthony Jardina '02 recently continued his involvement in debate by becoming the Executive Director of the Houston Urban Debate League, a non-profit organization that works in conjunction with Houston ISD to bring debate to underrepresented populations within the HISD.

The United States federal government should substantially curtail its domestic surveillance. The resolution creates the focus of controversy and divides the ground between the affirmative and negative sides. The affirmative side supports the resolution by advocating a specific way to enact the resolution.
